Take some eggs and cover with water over the top of the eggs by one inch. Boil and turn down and simmer for 10-15 minutes. While they are simmering prepare a bowl with ice. Place in the ice water and let cool.

In a pan boil 1-2 cups water with 10-20 drops of food color and 1 teaspoon of vinegar and salt and simmer. Then pour in a bowl. Do the same for each color. Dip the eggs in the colors. Experiment with different colors and dipping one end in one color and the other in another color. Place them back in the egg carton.
With more eggs make Tea marbled eggs: hard boil eggs for 5 minutes then place in ice water. After take the back of spoon and tap to lightly crack but not peel. In a pan bring soy sauce, sugar and black tea to a simmer and add the eggs. Cook for ten minutes. Place back in the ice bath

Deviled eggs: cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Mash them with a fork, add as much mayonnaise as you like and curry powder and chutney. Press the mixture through a sieve to make it smooth. Mix all the ingredients and place in a piping bag. Pipe the mixture on the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika or green seaweed flakes.
